The return itself was easy, but the refund took forever to come through. Not sure what whoever runs this is doing, but that part really needs to be faster

I ordered a bracelet from argento.com and, to be fair, the quality is lovely. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all, and the finish is really nice. It actually looks better in person than I expected. That said, I did feel a bit misled by the way it was presented online, as I was expecting something slightly different. I’ve worn it a few times now and haven’t had any issues, so I’m happy enough with it, just not totally thrilled with the overall experience

I ordered a bracelet and a pair of earrings from Argento, and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve bought jewellery from a few other places before where it looked nice online but felt a bit flimsy in person, but these looked much better than I expected for the price and didn’t have that cheap look at all.
Delivery was straightforward and the packaging felt nicely done too. Compared with similar pieces I’ve seen elsewhere for quite a bit more money, this felt like really good value. I’d definitely buy from them again if something catches my eye.

I reached out to customer service with a question, but the replies took a lot longer than I expected. When they finally got back to me, the help was limited, which was frustrating. I’m usually cautious about where I spend my money, so slow support makes me a little hesitant to trust the company if something more serious comes up.
